A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. We dispatch Metairie units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
Too many Metairie, LA families have called a big national number only to get bounced through hold music before a random subcontractor shows up hours later, so Hirex Water Damage built its Metairie operation differently. Every technician on our Metairie roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Water Damage Repair in Metairie isn't a side service we tacked on β it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Metairie, LA licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Our Metairie, LA-based equipment cache means drying gear is already close by, not stuck in a truck three states away.
Anyone in Metairie who has had a supply line fail overnight knows the real cost isn't the leak itself, it's how long the standing water sits before someone with the right equipment arrives. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Metairie call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Metairie started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later β our Metairie dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
We size the Metairie response to the actual damage β a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet β nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Metairie units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
On the residential side in Metairie, we handle the flood-cut, subfloor checks, and content pack-out so your home is ready to rebuild, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Metairie businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response β we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Metairie job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Metairie drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
Every Metairie estimate is written and explained before work begins β no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Because our equipment cache sits inside Metairie, LA, most Metairie calls see a technician on-site in under 60 minutes.
Our paperwork is built to match what adjusters expect, and we'll speak with your insurer directly on your behalf.
We don't call a job finished until the moisture meter agrees, and if it doesn't, we return at no additional cost.
Tell our Metairie dispatcher what's happening β we'll ask a few quick questions to send the right equipment on the first trip.
A licensed technician heads to your Metairie address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
We remove standing water first, then map moisture and position air movers and dehumidifiers based on the readings.
We re-check moisture levels daily until materials hit dry standard, then hand you full documentation for your records or your insurer.
Every Metairie job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Metairie paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
