A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Metairie address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
We built our Metairie branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Metairie, LA property owners β the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Metairie roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Water Removal in Metairie isn't a side service we tacked on β it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Metairie, LA, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Metairie, LA warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Talk to a Metairie property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters β every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Metairie call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first β some of the costliest Metairie jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later β our Metairie dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Metairie crews scale the response to match the loss β nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Metairie property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We place industrial dehumidifiers and air movers based on actual psychrometric calculations, not a standard equipment count per room, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
On the residential side in Metairie, we handle the flood-cut, subfloor checks, and content pack-out so your home is ready to rebuild, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Multi-unit and commercial Metairie properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup β we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination β our Metairie crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
Every Metairie job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.
Because our equipment cache sits inside Metairie, LA, most Metairie calls see a technician on-site in under 60 minutes.
Our paperwork is built to match what adjusters expect, and we'll speak with your insurer directly on your behalf.
We don't call a job finished until the moisture meter agrees, and if it doesn't, we return at no additional cost.
Our Metairie team asks a handful of targeted questions so the truck that shows up already has the right gear loaded.
A licensed technician heads to your Metairie address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
We remove standing water first, then map moisture and position air movers and dehumidifiers based on the readings.
We re-check moisture levels daily until materials hit dry standard, then hand you full documentation for your records or your insurer.
Every Metairie job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Metairie paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
